We are pleased to announce the inaugural conference hosted by Dauphin County ASPIRE – Allies for Suicide Prevention: Inspiring, Responding, Educating. The conference will be held on September 9, 2024 at the Best Western Premier in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

This free conference is targeted to those who share an interest in preventing suicide across the lifespan which includes:

Psychologists
Social Workers
Counselors
Physicians
Nurses
Educators
Funeral Directors
County Coroners
Clergy
Suicide Prevention Task Forces
Crisis Center Staff and Volunteers
Anyone with lived experience (those who have attempted or lost a loved one to suicide)
Anyone who has been impacted by suicide

Continuing Education Units

CEUs are available for Nurses, Addiction Counselors, PA Educator Act 48, Psychologists, and Social Workers/LPCs/Marriage and Family Therapists for a fee of $35 per certificate. These units are designed to provide valuable education and support to those who work tirelessly in the mental health and healthcare fields, empowering them to better serve the community.
